How do you replace the battery of the Volkswagen Polo remote control?

In order to replace the battery of the Volkswagen Polo remote control, you need to use an object to lever in the back of the device, so that you can detach the key from its top part: once this is detached, you can open the bottom part of the device, so that the battery inside can be removed and replaced with a new one. After the replacement, you can close the remote control and reinsert the key in the top part; by doing so, you can check that everything works correctly.
