How do you maintain your Passat CC? Do you want to change the air filter? Let's see how to proceed in this quality video. Open the car door and pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then lift the front bonnet and secure it. Using a cross-head screwdriver, unscrew the securing screws around the perimeter of the air box cover, remove the worn air filter, and place a new one in, ensuring it fits snugly against the walls of the box. Finally, reassemble the air box cover and tighten the screws. Close the bonnet when finished.
