How to replace the timing belt of a Volvo XC40?

Good morning and welcome back to Scegliauto. Com! Today's goal is to replace the timing belt of our Volvo XC-40. Let's start by opening the hood. After that, we will need to remove the engine's soundproof cover. Then, we will also have to remove the air filter box and the belt cover. It may be helpful, to have a better working space, to lift the car and also remove the front right wheel and the bumper. Now, using a socket wrench, we can loosen the belt tensioner pulley and remove the belt from its seat and place the new timing belt. Once this process is completed, we just need to follow this guide in reverse, and we will have successfully replaced the timing belt of our Volvo XC-40!
