To reset the "Service" light on a Volvo S60, turn on the ignition without starting the engine, ensuring all electronic functions are operational. Use the controls on the steering wheel to access the vehicle's main menu.

Navigate through the options until you reach the section dedicated to maintenance or service reminders. Select the reset option for the light using the directional buttons, following the instructions that appear on the display to confirm the procedure.

The system will take a few seconds to complete the update. Once finished, turn off the ignition and turn it back on to verify that the maintenance message no longer appears.
