Cabin Air Filter Replacement

Model: Volvo Xc90 MK 1 - Years 2002-2014

The cabin air filter purifies the air inside the cabin and is located under the passenger side glove compartment. Obtain a cabin air filter that is identical to the original model. To access it, detach the passenger side panel and move the covering. Using a ratchet with a Torx bit, unscrew the screws securing the filter cover located under the glove compartment. After removing the filter cover, take out the filter by pulling it gently outward to avoid dust dispersal. Place a cloth on the bottom to catch any dirt. Carefully reinstall the new filter in the housing and close the cover.
