Where is and how to reach the fuse box of a Volvo S40?

The fuse box of the Volvo S40 is located under the glove compartment, on the passenger side. To access it, open the door and locate the cover panel under the dashboard. Remove it carefully by pulling it gently or unscrewing any fasteners present. Once removed, you will see the fuse box with the corresponding diagram indicating the various functions. If you need to replace a fuse, use the extractor provided and make sure to replace it with one of the same amperage. After the intervention, close the panel and check the correct operation of the component involved.
