How to Replace the Diesel Filter on a Volvo V40

Model: Volvo V40 MK 2 - Years 2012-2019
Part: Diesel fuel filter

To replace the diesel filter on a Volvo V40, open the bonnet to detach the plastic cover from the top of the engine block. Once removed, disconnect the connectors attached to the diesel filter, which is located at the top right of the engine. This will allow the filter to be extracted from its housing and replaced with a new part. After the replacement, reconnect the new filter and reattach the engine block cover.
