How to Reset the Service Light on a Volvo XC40?

Inside the Volvo XC40, to reset the Service light, press and hold the button located on the left side of the steering wheel while the instrument cluster is off. Continue holding the button until the instrument cluster lights up, then wait a few seconds for a message indicating that the reset is in progress to appear.

When the message shows that the maintenance interval has been reset, you can release the button on the steering wheel.

Once the operation is complete, turn off the instrument cluster.
