Replacing the Cabin Air Filter

Model: Alfa Romeo 156 MK 1 - Years 1997-2007
Part: Cabin air filter

Obtain a pollen filter of the same model identical to the original. The pollen filter purifies the air in the cabin and is located in the engine compartment under the windscreen. To access it, remove the air grille and the protective cover by freeing it from the rubber seal. Move the cover by lifting it. Once the filter cover is removed, take out the cartridge from its housing by carefully pulling it upwards to avoid dust dispersal. Reinsert the new filter into the housing, paying attention to the orientation, and securely close the cover and grille.
