This guide outlines the main steps to disassemble and replace the secondary cylinder or clutch pump (of the clutch diaphragm) of the Alfa Romeo 147 1.9 JTD. First, open the bonnet of your car and start by removing the battery; then remove the fuse box and battery holder, as shown in the video.

At this point, remove the clutch slave cylinder and replace it with the new one (using the original spare part); then reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure of disassembly!
