As shown in this tutorial, replacing the front headlight bulbs in the Alfa Romeo GTV is a very simple and quick task. Before proceeding, ensure the key is not in the ignition for safety. Start by opening the bonnet, then using a cross-head screwdriver, remove the plastic cover of the first headlight. Next, disconnect the power connector, rotate the bulb holder anti-clockwise, and pull out the bulb. At this point, replace the bulb and repeat the process for the opposite side.
