Below is the procedure to remove and replace (or clean) the EGR valve from an Alfa Romeo 147. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle and disconnect the electrical connector from the EGR valve; then disconnect the manifold from the valve using a socket spanner or a combination spanner to undo the bolts, as shown in the video.

At this point, clean the EGR valve with appropriate products or replace it with a new one, also changing the gaskets, following the video tutorial to the end!
