In this video tutorial we will see how to disassemble and replace the EGR valve of the Alfa Romeo 147 1.9 JTDM, following these simple steps. First of all we open the bonnet of our car and start by disconnecting the electrical connector of the heat exchanger, which we find on the top; then we remove the various fittings that we find connected to our Egr valve, unscrewing all the screws with a hexagonal and socket wrench, as shown in the video. At this point we replace the Egr valve with the new one, or clean it with special degreasers.
