Today's information will show us how to disassemble and replace the battery of the key remote for the BMW 1 Series. First, we take our remote and begin to remove the physical key from inside it; then we use the slot created to remove the plastic back cover of the remote, thus accessing the battery, as shown in the video. At this point, we replace the battery with a new one of the correct type (in this case a 3V CR 2032); we insert the battery in the correct direction and reassemble the components of the remote.
