How do you remove the rear door panel on a BMW 5 Series? Let's see how to proceed in this video. Before starting the disassembly, disconnect the battery terminals located in the engine compartment. Begin the disassembly: use a pry tool to remove the plastic cover above the door handle, then use a screwdriver to remove the screws located underneath it. Once all screws are removed, detach the plastic clips that secure the door panel. Remove the door panel by hand, disconnect the power connectors, and the door release cable.
