Today's main steps will illustrate the procedure for disassembling and replacing the timing chain of the BMW 3 Series 320D. First, we open the hood of the vehicle and start by removing the air filter box and valve cover, disconnecting the various wiring and unscrewing all the fastening screws; we lift the vehicle to remove the V-belt and distribution elements, then remove the chain and tensioner, as shown in the video.

If necessary, we also replace the water pump, following the video tutorial until the end!
