Remove the Rear Bumper of a BMW 3 Series

Remove the rear bumper of a BMW 3 Series, here’s how to proceed: Unscrew the mounting screws (with a screwdriver or cordless drill) of the rear lights and remove them from the housing. Unscrew the bolts located at the top of the bumper, then remove the bolts on the sides of the splash guards. Finally, remove the mounting bolts located at the bottom of the bumper (between the black plastic cover and the bumper). Once the bumper is free from any screws or bolts, grab it with your hands and pull it away from the body (disconnect any power cables).
