How to Change the Cigarette Lighter Fuse on BMW 3 Series

Replace the cigarette lighter fuse located in the dedicated box on a BMW 3 Series. Open the cover and check the instrument cluster for any reported issues with the vehicle. Open the glove compartment and use a plastic pry tool to remove the cover inside it. Then, use needle-nose pliers to pull out the damaged fuses located in the compartment. Once this is done, insert the new fuses into the appropriate slots. Finally, close the fuse inspection box with the cover. Test the proper functioning of the vehicle by turning on the instrument cluster with the appropriate key.
