In this video, we can see where the external temperature sensor of the BMW Series 3 E90 version is located and how to potentially change it: unfortunately, it's not as easy as one might think, and to reach the sensor, it is necessary to remove the front radiator and also the fan. If we look at the front grille, at the bottom, we see a small component that protrudes, but we need to remove it from the inside, and in this case, it is not possible because it is stuck, so we have to remove the entire bumper to avoid the risk of breaking it from the inside, which would force us to change the entire bumper. Therefore, something seemingly very small, like the external temperature sensor, which in most cars is located inside the exterior mirror, forces us to dismantle half the car.
