How to Reset the Service Light on a BMW 3 Series F30

Let's see how to reset the service light on a BMW 3 Series F30: we can reset it through the cockpit. Turn on the instrument cluster: under the speedometer (the gauge on the left), you will find a reset button, which you need to press and hold for about 5 to 10 seconds until the first service menu (an icon shaped like a wrench) appears on the screen. To scroll through the different items (engine oil, brake pads, inspection, fluids, etc.), briefly press the same button. Continue pressing until you highlight the item you want to reset. At this point, press and hold the button again for at least 5 seconds. The screen will display the request "reset?" Keep holding until the message "reset completed" appears.
