How to Reset the Service Light on a BMW X1 E84-F48-U11

Let's see how to reset the service light on a BMW X1: for the E84 version: turn on the ignition and press the button on the dashboard until the service menu with the yellow triangle appears. Using the up/down buttons on the lever to the left of the steering column, navigate to "engine oil". Press the "BC" button on the left lever until the word "reset" appears; hold the "BC" button for a few seconds to confirm the reset. For the F48 version: turn on the ignition, hold the button on the dashboard until the service menu appears, then find "engine oil". Again, hold the button until "reset" appears and confirm by holding the button. For the U11 version: press the start button three times, which will enter the diagnostic system. Hold the "settings" button on the right side of the steering wheel until the service menu opens. Press the "settings" button repeatedly until you select "engine oil". Continue holding the "settings" button until the word "reset" appears, then press "settings" again and wait for the reset progress bar to complete.
