Reset BMW 1 Series Warning Light

Need to reset the service light on a BMW 1 Series? Turn on the ignition with the start button, press the "BC" button until the time appears (located to the left of the steering wheel), then press the left button above the instrument cluster. Scroll through the menu until you find the reset settings. Perform the reset using the left button above the instrument cluster and exit the settings menu. Check the instrument cluster by turning it off and on again with the ignition key. Perform any other settings and resets using the indicated buttons.
