Reset the Service Light on BMW 3 Series E46

Resetting the service light on a BMW 3 Series E46 is very simple, and now you will learn how to do it. Insert the ignition key without turning it, then press and hold the button under the speedometer (a bit to your left). While holding this button, turn the key to position 1 and turn on the instrument cluster (but do not start the engine). When the "reset" light appears, release the button and then press and hold it again until it flashes, then release and press it once more, and you're done. Remember to perform this procedure only after completing the service.
