How to Replace the Convertible Top on a BMW Z4?

To replace the convertible top on a BMW Z4, loosen the screws that secure the tracks of the opening and closing mechanism located inside the trunk. Next, open the protective covers found at the rear of the seats and loosen the screws underneath, near the speakers. Removing these, along with the screws on the upper parts of the pillars and the seal, will allow you to slide out the convertible top by disconnecting its connectors. After removing the old top, you can replace it with a new replacement part and check its operation.
