Engine Oil and Oil Filter Change on BMW X3

For this vehicle, use a synthetic 0W-20 engine oil. Lift the hood and, once secure, remove the engine cover as shown in the video. Now remove the cover on your right, and near the windshield, you will see the oil filter, which needs to be unscrewed with a 27 mm socket wrench. Next, for the oil change, access under the engine compartment and unscrew the small cover present there. Unscrew the exposed drain bolt with a 17 mm wrench and collect the oil in a container, then refill the same amount from the upper compartment, and you're done.
