Resetting the Service Light on BMW 1 Series 2016

Every registered car requires a service after a certain period or mileage, which involves changing the filters and engine oil. To indicate this, the car lights up a warning light on the dashboard that can be deactivated if the service has been performed or is due soon. To deactivate this light on the BMW 1 Series, follow these simple steps. First, press the ignition button without pressing the clutch and hold down the button at the bottom left of the dashboard. After a few seconds, a new message will appear on the screen indicating the number of miles since the warning light was activated. At this point, release the button and press it again. After a few seconds, the operation will be confirmed, and the reset of the other lights will appear. To complete the operation, turn off the car's ignition with the key.
