How to Replace the Angel Eyes Bulb on BMW E90

Model: BMW Serie 3 E91, E90, E92 - Years 2005-2013

The position light bulb for this car model, characterized by the so-called angel eyes appearance, is a special 12 Volt 6 watt bulb, with a unique shape different from standard commercial bulbs; you can also consider installing the same bulb in LED form: this bulb is also available in LED. To replace it, remove the front wheel and the wheel well cover to access the headlight from the rear; the bulb is housed inside a sort of capsule located just below the headlight and secured with two spring tabs; once the cap is removed, unscrew the mounting screws from the bulb.
