How to Save Your Driving Position on the Cadillac XT5

How to program the driver seat on the Cadillac XT5. To find the perfect position, look at the buttons on the side of the seat. Turn on the vehicle's ignition. Move the horizontal button forward and backward to find the best position, and up and down to adjust the seat cushion height. The second button controls the backrest, allowing you to recline it forward or backward as preferred. The third button adjusts the lumbar support. To find your perfect position, adjust the steering wheel and the side mirrors from the door. Once you have found your position, press the set buttons on the side of the door: you are user number 1. You will hear a beep, then release: you will hear 2 beeps. Your position is saved. When you return to the vehicle, simply press button 1, and the vehicle will recall your settings.
