If the windscreen washer pump on your Chevrolet Cruze suddenly stops working, the first thing to do is check the status of the respective fuse, which is located as shown in this video. The fuse in question is found in the fuse box inside the engine compartment, right in front of the battery.

It is labelled F56 and is the last one in the central column when looking at the box from the front. If faulty, ensure you use a replacement with the same specifications and always work with the vehicle turned off to avoid causing any damage.
