In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the EGR valve on the Chevrolet Spark, a very simple and quick operation, for example, if you need to clean it. First, ensure the engine is cool enough, then open the bonnet and disconnect the intake manifold. Next, locate the valve on the left side of the engine, disconnect the sensor connector, undo the two fixing nuts with a 12 mm socket spanner, and separate the valve from the bracket. To reassemble everything, simply follow the reverse procedure.
