If you want to replace the cabin air filter of a Chrysler Pt Cruiser without going to the workshop, this video may help you. Open the bonnet hatch. Undo and remove the three screws securing the air grille located near the windshield on the passenger side. With a screwdriver first and then with a blade, unscrew and remove the clip on the side of the grill. Also remove the rubber side cap which helps the grille to remain blocked; now finally lift and remove the grill. Unscrew the bolts of the glass cleaning tray: you do not need to unscrew them completely, just loosen them to allow access to the filter cabin: unhook the clips of its cover and replace the old filter with a new one. Reassemble everything as before by carrying out the disassembly operations in reverse.
