How to Replace the Timing Belt on a Chrysler PT Cruiser?

To replace the timing belt on a Chrysler PT Cruiser, open the bonnet to remove the plastic cover on the left side of the engine bay. Once this cover is removed, loosen the bolts securing the front right wheel of the car. Then, detach the inner wheel arch cover to access the internal components. At this point, loosen the central nut of the tensioner pulley, completely remove it, and reduce the tension on the belt, allowing it to be removed and replaced.
