The fuse to check is number 43, the one for the windshield wiper motor, but we can also take a look at number 20 in the engine box, which is for the windshield washer pump. Then we check the functionality of the gears, maybe lubricating them if we see they need it. In fact, the youtuber was able to see that the problem was in the gear pin, which was cleaned and lubricated: the motor had overheated precisely because of the pin problem.
