How to replace the EGR valve on a Citroen or Peugeot (engine 9HX)

In this video, we will see how to replace the EGR valve on a Citroen or Peugeot with a 9HX engine: first, we remove the engine cover, then take off the plastic intake hose, which we will need to rotate to remove. Next, we unscrew the turbo inlet clamp, disconnect the oil breather intake and the mass air flow sensor plug, and then unscrew the Allen bolt for the air filter and remove the cover. Now we can take out the air filter. We lift the lower part of the air filter housing, which is secured to the base by two pins. We have now found the EGR valve: we disconnect the electrical connector and lift the diesel filter, being careful not to disconnect the hoses (otherwise we will need to bleed the system). We disconnect the metal hose, but be careful, the valve may be secured to the engine with bolts that need to be removed. When we take off the valve, we must be careful not to lose the gasket. After the replacement, we will need to reset the ECU using a tester for the "EGR error" and "EGR setting.
