How to Replace the Engine Oil and Filter in a Citroën C4 Picasso

To replace the engine oil and filter in a Citroën C4 Picasso, park the vehicle on a level surface and safely lift it to access the underside of the engine. Place a drain pan under the oil sump, unscrew the filler cap in the engine compartment, and then the drain plug located under the sump. Allow the used oil to drain completely, and once finished, reinstall the drain plug, ensuring the gasket is in good condition. Locate the oil filter, unscrew it with the appropriate tool, and remove it from its seat. Lubricate the gasket of the new filter with a small amount of clean oil and install it by screwing it on until properly tightened. Pour the new engine oil through the filler neck, check the level with the dipstick, and add more if necessary. Start the engine for a few seconds, turn it off, and check for leaks around the filter and drain plug.
