As usual, check the flatness of the surface. Now, using the appropriate tool, remove the valve and replace the valve guide ring. This operation should be repeated for each of the other valves. Next, insert the intake manifold gaskets, which will then be reattached to the cylinder head, tightening the screws according to the technical specifications. Check the flatness of the engine block surface and secure the plates as shown in the images. Clean the screw holes with a tap. After cleaning any debris, insert the two bushes into the fixing holes. Manually turn the engine to lower the pistons and remove the plates. Position the gasket on the engine block and then the cylinder head. Prepare the screws and secure the cylinder head. Now insert the pushrods and the plates that operate the valves. Apply some specific oil to the supports and position the camshafts. Apply sealant and more oil to the camshaft supports and secure the cover. Insert the rubber rings at the exit of each shaft and reassemble the timing pulleys. Lock the pulleys with pins and insert the timing belt. Verify correct assembly by manually turning the engine. Lock the pulleys, insert the gasket, and reassemble each of the two valve covers. Position the gasket and reattach the exhaust manifold. Car model: Citroen C4 16V

Cut the marked portion of metal and apply a gasket to the edge. Remove the inner cover of the bumper and position it near the radiator to identify any interfering parts to eliminate: again, apply a gasket to the edge of the cut.
