Windshield washer pump replacement for Iveco Ducato 230.

To replace the windscreen washer pump of the Iveco Ducato, we need to remove the front bumper. We open the front hood, unscrew the four screws that hold the logo grille and remove it, unscrew the two upper side screws of the bumper and the two lower bolts. With the help of a screwdriver, we release the clips on the sides of the front fenders and the bottom clip, now we also unscrew the central nut of the grille and remove the bumper. On the driver's side, we find the reservoir and at the bottom the pump. We disconnect the electrical connector, remove the pump and disconnect the lower rubber and the outlet tube, reinsert the rubber into the reservoir body and insert the new pump, insert the outlet tube and the connector. We reassemble the bumper by reversing the operations.
