Replacing the EGR Valve on a Fiat Scudo

The EGR valve must be replaced if damaged, here’s how on a Fiat Scudo. Lift the engine bonnet and secure it, remove the engine soundproofing panel. Unscrew the securing bolts of the EGR valve as shown in the video. Once the screws are removed from its seat, use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws present on it, clean the valve using a suitable product for cleaning mechanical parts, use a brush to assist in the process. Clean the EGR valve if reusable, otherwise replace it. Refit the EGR valve in the engine bay and screw in the bolts.
