How to Replace the Thermostat on a Fiat Panda

Model: Fiat Panda 141, MK 1 - Years 1980-2003

Before you can begin, open the front bonnet of the Panda. Start by removing the spare wheel, the jack, and unfastening the engine cover. Next, remove the entire air filter assembly to access the thermostat. Once you reach the thermostat, disconnect the relevant hoses. After disconnecting all the hoses connected to it, unscrew and remove the bolts securing it to the engine block. Once you have completed this process, you can extract it from its housing, completing the disassembly. To install the new thermostat and close everything up, simply follow these instructions in reverse, and you will have successfully completed the replacement.
