How to Remove the Exhaust Manifolds from a Fiat 500

Model: Fiat 500 Epoca - Years 1957-1975

Before you begin, open the rear engine bonnet of your Fiat 500. This operation should be performed when the engine is cold. Start by loosening the four bolts that secure the manifold to the exhaust and the cylinder head. Once you have removed all the bolts, the manifold will be free. At this point, to remove it, simply pull it off. To remove the second manifold, just repeat these few steps. Once you have completed this step, you will have finished removing the manifolds from the Fiat 500.
