Fiat Croma - Video tutorial
Model: Fiat Croma
MK 1
- Years 2005-2010 In this videotutorial we can see how to replace the glow plugs in the Fiat Croma equipped with the 1.9 MultiJet engine, widely used in Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Opel. First we disassemble the upper engine plate, disassemble the EGR valve and move it back to make room, as well as the fuel manifold. We disconnect the glow plug connector and clean the area in order to avoid the entry of dirt once removed. To unscrew a glow plug we need a 10mm long socket wrench and various extensions. We spray some WD40 in the thread and unscrew the glow plug very carefully, without exaggerating with the force. Finally, we insert the new glow plug and follow the reverse procedure.
