This video explains the fundamental steps involved in the scheduled maintenance for a 595 Abarth. As the first step, every year or every 6,200/9,300 miles, it is advisable to change the engine oil and its filter, with Abarth workshops recommending Selenia 10W50 oil, which has a viscosity suitable for the TJet engine.

After each oil change, check the air filter, replacing it if necessary; otherwise, just clean it with air. Periodically check the condition of the windscreen wiper blades, the radiator fluid, and the condition of the tyres, which should be changed approximately every 25,000 miles.

Also, check the battery, which should be replaced every 5 years, and the timing belt every 10 years or 62,000 miles.
