How to Replace the Front Headlights on a Fiat Panda/Panda 4x4

To replace the front headlight on a Fiat Panda 4x4 (the same applies for the standard Panda), start by lifting the front of the car and removing the front wheels. Remove the two bolts with nuts that secure the inner wing and the screws under the bumper; move the inner wing aside to find another screw and nut to unscrew. After removing the lower and side screws from both the bumper and inner wing, unscrew the screws above the grille and remove it (taking care with the lower clips of the grille). Once the front grille is off, remove the last three screws holding the bumper and move it without disconnecting the fog light connections. With the bumper removed, disconnect the headlight connector by removing the clip and pulling out the connector. After disconnecting, you can take the headlights out of the packaging and compare them with the old ones. Now, unscrew the bolts holding the headlight and remove it. Transfer the bulbs from the old headlight to the new one: remove the clip from the rear cover, take off the cover, disconnect the dipped/main beam bulb connector, remove the retaining spring, and take it out; remove the indicator bulb by holding the holder and turning it slightly, do the same for the bulb itself, take out the position bulb by holding the holder, turning it slightly, and pulling it out, then gently pull out the bulb. At this point, install the bulbs in the new headlight in reverse order of disassembly, reassemble the headlight and the rest in reverse order of disassembly; perform the same operation on the other side if both headlights need changing. Finally, check the correct operation of the bulbs and the light beam.
