How do you reset the Service light on the Ford Transit Custom?

To completely remove the Service light from the instrument panel of the Ford Transit Custom, you will need to press down on the accelerator and brake pedals at the same time, while turning the key to turn on the instrument panel. You will need to wait about 20 seconds before releasing the pedals and then turning off the panel. Now, you will need to turn it back on, navigating through the menu that will be displayed on the screen using the directional arrows located on the right side of the steering wheel. By selecting the "Maintenance" option, you will be able to check the remaining life of the oil, confirming that it has returned to maximum and that the light has disappeared.
