How to reset the service light on the Ford Focus

Today we will show you how to reset the service light on a 2009 Ford Focus vehicle. Turn off the vehicle's instrument panel and press the brake and accelerator pedals simultaneously while turning on the instrument panel. Hold down the pedals until the message "reset completed" appears on the instrument panel display. Release the pedals and if necessary, restart the instrument panel to complete the reset operation. If the light does not reset, it will be necessary to go to an authorized workshop to have a computerized diagnosis performed and possibly replace or update the engine oil tank control unit along with the sensors.
