Today we will see the instructions to remove and replace the timing belt on the Ford Kuga 2.0 TDCi. First, open the engine bonnet and begin by removing the coolant reservoir and the engine mount by unscrewing the fixing screws; lift the vehicle and remove the front right wheel and the wheel arch liner, then disconnect the serpentine belt and remove the crankshaft pulley, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the timing cover and replace the timing belt with the new original one.
