How to Reset the Oil Change Light on the Ford Connect

In this article, you will see the procedure to reset the oil change light, or service light, on the Ford Connect. To reset the light, start the instrument cluster, and after it has started, press and hold the brake and accelerator pedals simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the reset light appears on the cluster, then release the pedals and turn off the ignition. The reset will now be complete. It is recommended to perform this procedure only after having the service carried out. As noted, the procedure is the same as for other Ford models produced during the same period.
