Removing the Instrument Cluster on a Ford Car

If you intend to replace the bulbs in the instrument cluster, I recommend disconnecting the battery thirty minutes before starting for safety reasons (negative terminal first). Lower the steering wheel as much as possible using the lever underneath it. Unscrew the two 7 mm screws located at the top of the instrument cluster and get a plastic prying tool or a small flat screwdriver (not a large metal spatula, as shown in the video) to lever and remove the outer frame. At this point, you will uncover another four 7 mm screws: unscrew them, remove the cluster, and disconnect the rear cables.
