Check Injector Return Pipe O-Ring

Model: Ford Mondeo / Fusion MK 2 - Years 2000-2007

Open the front bonnet, remove the plastic cover above the engine, and disconnect the injector power connectors. At the top of the injector, there is a metal pipe secured with a nut, while at the bottom, there is a rubber tube held in place by pressure, sealed with a specific O-ring gasket. Using a pair of bent-nose pliers, pull back the tube by grasping the plastic tab: halfway along the injector's seating, there is an O-ring that ensures the seal; to remove it, it is suggested to use a pick.
