Before lifting the car on the lift, open the coolant reservoir cap to allow the liquid to drain; then remove the lower plastic protections and unscrew the radiator drain plug to empty the refrigeration system; then access the engine compartment and remove the plastic cover of the bonnet grille; unscrew the tank fixing pins and move it without disconnecting the sleeves (fix it with hook and loop straps); proceed with disassembling the brackets fixing the radiator to the grille and disconnect the hose from the radiator. It is also necessary to remove the air filter container and its conveyor to complete the removal of the radiator unit. Then disconnect the various sockets and use the appropriate equipment to recover the gas from the air conditioning system. Then move the radiator unit away from the grille and remove the brackets that secure the condenser to the radiator; disconnect the pipes from the condenser and extract it from the engine compartment. Then install the new condenser by proceeding in reverse order, reinstall what was previously disassembled, refill the refrigeration system with the specific liquid and the air conditioning system with the relative gas after having practiced and verified the vacuum tightness with the appropriate equipment.
